On Monday, I finally get to see the doctor! We are supposed to find out if we are having a boy or a girl today, so I hope all goes as planned...
According to social media, the votes for a boy were very overwhelming! I am guessing it's a boy only because I have tons of girl names picked out! We met the doctor (not called a doctor here...just Mr.) he seems very laid back and knowledgeable. He met and talked with us for a long time, very unlike how it is done in the States. He did a quick scan (sonogram) and said it was a boy! Guess we need to start coming up with some boy names! I do have an "official" scan on Friday so we can just double check then.

Tuesday, I conducted my first tutoring session with a little boy (well, I guess he's not really little...he's 11) with some speech and language issues. Since I was out, I decided to hit up the Whole Foods. I'm looking for some special ingredients for a little surprise for Josh. WOW! It was huge and had a great cafe! I got a tostada (taco salad) it cost about $11.50 but was really close to my Texas taste buds so very worth it in my book. I headed home but stopped at a few more shops just to make the journey worth it. It doesn't seem like I did much but it took all day, and I am exhausted!

I have been obsessively searching for baby bedding. My dream nursery would be filled with Curious George but I have settled for something else. We have a mini crib due to our small space so I have to get special sheets that will fit the bed. I have been told by many of my mommy friends not to spend lots of money on bedding since it gets messy and it just not worth the investment. The only thing I can't get my hands on is a dust ruffle for the bottom of the crib. Maybe I can see if it can be made or I may have to just get over it! Here is what I have at the top of my list:
I don't LOVE yellow, but realized CG has red and yellow, so since I am under budget (Josh, did you hear that?) I will try to get my hands on some CG accents :) This set comes with the blanket and 2 sets of sheets. They also have some corresponding accessories so the look will be more complete!
This weekend we ventured to The British Museum. We got there right as they opened (always suggest this for London tourist attractions!) and it wasn't too crowded. The museum is HUGE! It is nice that the main museum is free since you can't see it all in one day. The big attractions we wanted to see were the Rosetta Stone and the mummy collection. They also had a special 8 Mummy exhibition that we all wanted to see so we splurged the fee of 10 pounds each. The museum was really cool, but honestly everything starts looking the same after many hours of walking around. We took a break and got some lunch but decided to go back and see a few more items. It was a full day of walking! Here are some pictures for the museum!

The last exciting news for this week is that we booked our first holiday (vacation)! We will be going to Brussels, Belgium in November with the Stones. Its close to our December due date, but we are traveling by train. Should be an adventure!
